All payments made to creators are considered final unless the creator explicitly offers refunds. Winnbee is not responsible for disputes between creators and supporters but may assist in resolution when possible. If a user believes a payment was made in error, they may contact us at support@winnbee.com within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days after verification.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
